Ethics of Nutrigenomics
May 16, the Philosophy Group and CSG Nijmegen will organise a workshop about Nutrigenomics. Nutrigenomics research promises a future in which health risks of different diets can be exactly calculated on a personal basis. This is an important technology, and like any other technology, it will change our practices of eating and health.
