Microbiome at WUR - take a look

WUR conducts a surprising amount of research into microbiomes, or communities of bacteria, archaea, viruses, fungi, micro-algae or combinations of these microorganisms. Nutritional researchers, agrotechnologists, plant and animal researchers as well as environmental technologists and ecologists investigate bacterial and fungal communities. They do this for the benefit of, among other things, food production, circular economy, human and animal health, and soil health. Below you will find an overview of the Wageningen research.
