Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral researcher at Wageningen University and Research, Social Science Department, Knowledge, Technology & Innovation Group. I perform research on the facilitation of the bioeconomy through inter- and transdisciplinary research.

Between January 2021 and August 2022 I worked as postdoctoral researcher at Delft University of Technology, TPM Energy Transition Lab. My research focused on behavioral change on system and individual level.

I hold a PhD in business economics, which I earned at Hasselt University where I worked on a Horizon 2020 project (SUFISA). There my research focused on sustainability, agriculture and systems thinking.

I completed the interdisciplinary masters' study curriculum in International Development at the University of Vienna with distinction in April 2014. During my studies, I took electoral courses equipping me with knowledge in the areas of sustainability, anthropology, social ecology, agronomy and ecological economics. While studying in Vienna I did three internships, whereat two of them were research-related.

Apart from this, I have been working as climbing teacher, fitness trainer and yoga teacher.
