Dialogue for Decision Making
What are ways to bundle multiple perspectives and move towards collective decision making? Learn about a variety of decision-making models that include dialogue principles, such as deep democracy. But also identify when dialogue is not appropriate. Reflect on your characteristics and what role you can play in a decision-making process. Practice neutrality and learn from the experiences of fellow participants.
By being in connection through good conversations, we can truly contribute to complex transitions. This monthly dialogue community meet-up helps to increase your dialogue knowledge and skills.
