The main goal of the D3-C2 investment theme is to advance Wageningen Climate Solutions. To do this, we will explore artificial intelligence to better understand how climate change affects us. We want to find new ways to adapt our food and living environment to the changing climate.

We are working on building smart climate systems and creating a kind of 'map' of this. With this we want to ensure that we are more resilient to the vagaries of the climate and collaborate across disciplines.

Another important task is to collect a huge amount of data, both from Wageningen University & Research and from our partners. Here we focus mainly on the effects of climate change on humans and nature.
