Final symposium SUSINCHAIN project

The EU project SUStainable INsect CHAIN (SUSINCHAIN) aims to contribute to novel protein provision for feed and food in Europe by increasing the economic viability of the insect value chain. The final symposium will be held on Wednesday 27 September 2023.

The project started in 2019 and is being carried out in collaboration with 18 industrial and 17 academic partners. Wageningen University & Research (WUR) coordinates the project. The freely accessible final symposium will be held at the Omnia building at the Wageningen campus. Main outcomes are presented in the morning session, after which the development of the insect sector in Europe will be highlighted from different angles in the afternoon.
