I am a Ph.D. student in the AEW group, supervised by Bart Koelmans, Maryna Strokal, and Merel Kooi. My topic will be the Probabilistic modeling of microplastic transport and risks across scales.  This project will focus on microplastic transport and risk assessment.

Last two years, I was a master's student in WUR, majoring in International Land and Water Management. I did my thesis in the Water Systems and Global Change (WSG) group under Maryna Strokal's supervision, focusing on the MARINA-Muti model to analyze future river pollution with microplastics from car tyres under urbanization trends globally and at the sub-basin scale. And then I did a four-month internship, under Allard de Wit’s supervision, in Earth Observation and Environmental Informatics group, Wageningen Research. The content of my work was adding water balance into the CSSF (Crop Simulation by Satellite-derived FAPAR) model and testing it. Besides, I'm also interested in water resources and my undergraduate work is mainly on the assessment of water resource carrying capacity and drought capacity.
