Xuan Yang is a full-time PhD candidate in the group Food Quality and Design. She achieved her BSc in Food Quality and Safety at Jiangnan University and MSc in Food Science at China Agricultural University. 

Her PhD work is about fabricating filaments based on novel protein, under the supervision of Prof. Vincenzo Fogliano and Dr. Maryia Mishyna.
