Shayegheh Ashourizadeh is an Assistant Professor at Business Management and Organization, Wageningen University and Research, Netherlands. She received her Postdoc in Entrepreneurship and Business in 2020 from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. She employs quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to scrutinize innovation, and entrepreneurship phenomena to better understand the economic decision-making of actors from psychological and institutional underpinnings. She has presented her works at international conferences, including AoM, RENT, Babson, and Druid. Her recent works were published in international journals, including the Review of Managerial Science, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, European Journal of International Management, and Gender in Management. She is teaching entrepreneurship-related courses for master's and bachelor's degrees.
