As a PhD candidate, Roman Neyter investigates structured farmland markets and subsidy support regimes. He graduated from the joint program of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) and the University of Houston with a specialization in Business and Financial Economics. 
He has been a part of the Kyiv School of Economics agricultural economics team for over the past five years. He has been engaged in research and consultations in the field of agricultural and land policy, including the EU and World Bank program “Supporting Transparent Land Governance in Ukraine” and in the UaFoodTrade project – a project of sustainable internationalization of scientific structures in Ukraine, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Science.
