Recap event: Global Food Summit 2021
On April 28-29 the 'Global Food Summit 2021: Foodtropolis – Urban. Circular. Food.' took place. The event revolved around the main question: How do we ensure a responsible & sustainable future food system?
Eveline van Leeuwen, who is also the Scientific Director of AMS, was keynote speaker during the event. Her keynote was about Urban-Rural Synergies for sustainable food systems.
