As a consumer researcher at Wageningen Economic Research, I work on various research projects on understanding, explaining and steering consumer behaviour. I have a background in consumer science and am particularly interested in behavior related to sustainable and healthy consumption. I am also curious about new technologies and innovations, which was one of the main topics during my master at the Technical University of Munich. In my work this interest in technology and innovation is reflected in the use of (new) research techniques in the field of consumer research, such as the use of Virtual Reality and the implementation of interventions in online supermarket environments.
