Eva is a PhD researcher in the Marketing and Consumer Behavior group at Wageningen University and Research. After completing a Bachelor in International Business Management, she obtained two Master degrees (MA in Communication, Multimedia, and Market Management from University of Applied Sciences Duesseldorf and MSc in Human Decision Science from Maastricht University).

Current Eva works in the project ‘Transparant, gezond en duurzaam’, a private-public collaboration between the Dutch supermarket industry, University of Groningen, and Wageningen University. The project aims to understand how healthier and more sustainable choices can be facilitated in supermarkets. In her research, Eva explores how front-of-package (FOP) nutrition labels influence food choices and how FOP nutrition labels can be supported by complementary interventions (e.g., food swap recommendations).

Research consumer behaviour, FOP food labelling, decision support systems, interactive digital interventions, behavior change, food choices, healthy and sustainable diets.
