Assistant Professor

I am an Assistant Professor at the Development Economics Group. My research focuses on development microeconomics and political economy. I am particularly interested in how rural populations in developing countries cope with information and resource constraints, as well as in how states navigate conflict and influence development prospects. To this end, my research combines microeconomic theory with a range of applied methods.
