The project SWITCH (Stimulating the Way in which Teenagers Consider Healthy and sustainable dietary behaviour) has been nominated for the WUR Transdisciplinary research of the year award.

In the transdisciplinary SWITCH project, researchers from CHL (Consumption and Healthy Lifestyles) work together with researchers from ELS (Education and Learning Sciences).

Within the project, experts from different disciplines and from both science and practice are involved. And also actively engage the target group (adolescents) to shape interventions with the researchers (what would help them make more healthy and sustainable eating choices?).

On Friday 8 March, one of the two principal investigators (Anouk Mesch) pitched the SWITCH project in front of the jury and participants.
A great result!
