New colleague Yanchen Zhu joines ELS per April 2024
Yanchen ZHU is a PhD-candidate at WUR, Education and Learning Science (ELS) group.
She holds a MSc in Language Education from University of Edinburgh and a B.A. in English from Ningbo University of Finance and Economics.
Her research interest lies in educational technology in English language teaching and learning, which is fueled by her English teaching and learning experience in China. Her current research project under the guidance of Dr. Harm Biemans and Dr. Omid Noroozi focuses on the effects of Learning Management Systems (LMSs) and Technology-enhanced Language Learning (TELL) on Chinese students’ learning, motivation, and self-regulation.
