Agro Food Robotics is a joint initiative by several research groups of Wageningen UR. It has been set up to provide the technology and knowledge needed by producers and suppliers in the area of agro food robotics. Agro Food Robotics has a large network with universities, knowledge organisations and engineering companies within and outside The Netherlands and therefore plays a pivoting role in the coordination of supply and demand of knowledge and technology.
The setting up of Agro Food Robotics is a joint initiative of the research institutes Food & Biobased Research (FBR), Plant Research International (PRI), Wageningen UR Greenhouse Horticulture, Alterra (UARSF), Farm Technology, and Livestock Research.
