Farm Technology Group
The Farm Technology Group aims at enhancing, exploiting and disseminating technology in primary agricultural production processes with the aim to fulfil the needs of mankind and nature in a sustainable way.
About usFeatured
Measuring Airborne Microorganisms and Dust from Livestock Houses
Airborne transmission has been suspected to be responsible for epidemics of highly infectious disease in livestock production. In such transmission, the pathogenic microorganisms may associate
with dust particles.
Our Research Network
Science yields impact when results of research are really implemented and used in agricultural practice. Therefore the Farm Technology Group seeks support and collaboration with commercial companies in its research projects
Our Education
The Farm Technology Group offers courses at BSc and MSc level. These courses contribute, amongst others, to the BSc program Biosystems Engineering and the MSc program Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering.
